Risk Management
Anticipating threats is not guesswork but a business process. We build a risk management setup that tells the board what the biggest risk is, what it costs to handle and who decides when things go wrong.
What a risk management framework is good for
- It brings order to data and access rights.
- It builds and tests your ability to recover.
- It removes isolated, disconnected systems.
- It shows whom the company really depends on – suppliers, cloud providers, key people.
- It sets who decides in a crisis.
- It builds compliance into daily operations.
What you get
- A risk map: the main risks by likelihood and impact, in business language.
- A framework aligned with ISO standards, NIS2, DORA and the AI Act – so one assessment serves several regulations.
- A treatment plan: what we reduce, what we transfer (e.g. through insurance) and what we accept deliberately.
- A business continuity plan: what happens in the first 24 hours after an incident.
How we work
Step 1
Interviews

Step 2
Risk map and priorities
agreed with the board.
Step 3
Framework
and named owners.
Step 4
Annual review
or whenever the company changes significantly.

A GRC platform from us: Spirity
Risk management works when it does not live in scattered spreadsheets. We sell, implement and support the Spirity Enterprise GRC platform: risks, compliance requirements and evidence in one place, in a form the board can follow.
- A risk register with owners and deadlines – not a forgotten Excel file.
- NIS2, DORA and ISO 27001 in one system, so one measure can cover several regulations.
- Evidence in one place for the audit and for client and insurer questionnaires.
- Supplier risk tracking.
- Management reporting: one overview of the whole programme.
Order first, then the tool: we build the framework and fit the platform to it. Licence, implementation and support from one hand, under one contract.

Why us
We see risk management as a decision tool, not a spreadsheet. Every organisation lives with different risks, so we don’t hand over a template but a setup that fits how you operate.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between risk management and a security audit?
An audit records at one point in time what meets the requirements. Risk management is continuous: it shows where to spend so that the biggest dangers shrink.
Do we need ISO 27001 certification for this?
No. Our framework follows ISO but works without certification; if you want to certify later, it is a good basis.
Do we need GRC software?
Not necessarily. For a smaller company a well-kept register is enough. Where there are many regulations and suppliers, the Spirity GRC platform, available from us, saves time and arguments.
