Growth strategy
Most companies have security tools but no security strategy. A cyber strategy answers what the company must protect at all costs, what that is worth, and how business, IT and security pull in the same direction.
Who it is for
- Leaders who approve the security budget every year but can’t see why it is exactly that much.
- Companies before growth, an acquisition, a new market or new technology (cloud, AI).
- Organisations where NIS2 or DORA makes management personally accountable for cybersecurity.
What you get
- Starting point: where the company stands today and what its biggest business risk is.
- Target state and roadmap for 1–3 years, with an annual budget.
- Decision rules: who owns what, when the topic goes to the board, and what we measure.
- Implementation support: the strategy does not end up in a drawer; we take the first steps together.
How we work
We work from data because decisions must be defensible. But numbers alone don’t keep a business alive: what matters is that the company keeps working in a crisis and its leaders have something to rely on. We challenge familiar assumptions – that can be uncomfortable, but it is cheaper than an incident.
Why us
For 22 years we have worked where management, IT and the organisation meet. That is what OD&IT stands for: organisational development (OD) and information technology (IT) from one hand.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a cyber strategy and NIS2 preparation?
NIS2 preparation meets the legal minimum. A cyber strategy decides how much protection the company’s goals need – which can be more, or in different places, than the law asks for.
